Food & Beverage When this Connecticut frozen food manufacturer needed to upgrade a significant portion of their operation to include the production of frozen pizza, they sought the help of Northeast Process Systems. We designed and installed a turnkey system in just six weeks, staying within a strict budget. This included a Functional Specification for the control system and equipment layouts. During start up, we validated the system and provided technical support for their first batch. We took start up a step further, providing operational procedures and training their employees on the new system. Personal Care Products When an international manufacturer needed to develop a portable system for a unique new process they called Northeast Process. Our challenge was to design a system that was flexible enough to be readily reconfigured for process trials and ergonomically easy to access all control points. We provided three dimensional approval layouts and all controls as well as fabrication of the skid. This client expects this new process approach to substantially reduce production cycle times. Food & Beverage After a well-known manufacturer of frozen battered fish invited companies to bid on the installation of their major expansion, Northeast Process was selected based on price and performance criteria. We installed all the high purity process tubing as well as utility piping for the process and packaging areas. The water and air systems were installed using a “crimped” copper tubing system. This system does not require a flame therefore a Hot Work Permit is not required. Plant safety is improved and tubing can be installed in less than half the time saving on installed cost. Pharmaceutical A new pharmaceutical company needing a facility to manufacture product for clinical trials of a promising cure for lung cancer choose Northeast Process to provide the process design and installation. Once installation of the high purity tubing and utility piping was complete we provided start up services including validation of the controls and process as well as SOP’s for operation and cleaning.
